SUPER TROOPERS

We started our Health Homework program in September. It encourages children and their families to become more active and learn about healthy lifestyles. The programme included short burst, fun activities around psychical activity, wellbeing and nutrition. All children received a Super Trooper’s Activity Journal which included short activities to do each night as part of their homework. Children can complete these fun activities alone or get their family and friends involved.
