Principal’s Message
My goodness! Final term of school is already upon us. I hope you feel that your child is getting the very best out of school and is happy and doing well. Don’t fail to contact us if you are worried about your child’s progress.
We have lots to look forward to this term- sports, tours, fieldtrips. Thankfully our school was accepted onto the summer programme, so we will be running summer camps this summer.
Teachers have lots of nice activities planned for the children this term. As per normal, we will be doing standardised tests with the children. All results will be in the summer school report which you will receive at the end of term.
RSE lessons are going well in Senior Infants, 2nd and 4th and links to the programme have been forwarded to parents on Aladdin and the school website. We are grateful to parents for all their support and advice not only in the delivery of the RSE programme but for all the encouragement you give your child in homework, projects and other school activities. Please do check the website to see the fabulous costumes which parents/guardians designed and made for their children.They were exceptional.
