Our 3rd classes went on their History field trip last Thursday and Friday in Dundalk. They did a guided walking tour of the murals around the town of Dundalk. They visited the following murals around the town:

This learning experience gave the students an opportunity to appreciate the history around them in their locality making the subject more meaningful to them. They completed workbooks during and after the field trip to record the new information that they learned. They discussed the layout and different streets around the town.
