As part of science and maths week 2022 Mrs. Maguire’s 4th class were tasked with designing and making a tower using only spaghetti and marshmallows. The challenge was to design and make the tallest tower. Groups were given 30 minutes to complete the task.
We were thrilled to see that all groups built a tower. The team with the tallest towers figured out that making triangles made the strongest base.
